EduCluster Finland (ECF) has co-sponsored The Connection project, which donates learning resources for a school in the mountainous region of Lao Cai in Vietnam, reported ECF on 28 August.
Organised by partner WISE Consulting in Hanoi, an exhibition of art by Vietnamese and Finnish artists and photographers was opened by H.E. Phung Xuan Nha (Minister of Education and Training, Vietnam). The ECF expert David Marsh was in Helsinki this weekend with a delegation of 70 representatives of key Vietnamese educational organisations.
