Exhibition “Design China” opens in Copenhagen

A new special exhibition called “Design China” opened Monday 20 August in the capital of Denmark.

Danes now have a chance to enjoy Chinese design without travelling to China. The special exhibition “Design China” opened 20 August in Copenhagen writes News.

The exhibition consists of more than 100 works created by 20 Chinese design teams. The works are very different and various from ceramic and furniture design to fashion.

“Design China” is a part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the China-Denmark comprehensive strategic partnership.

Danish Chamber of Commerce CEO Brian Mikkelsen, CEO of Creative Business Cup Rasmus Wiinstedt Tscherning and 150 other guests took part in the opening ceremony.

The exhibition is organized by Creative Business Cup, together with Art and Design of the Economic Daily Group and China Cultural Center in Copenhagen. It is located in Børssalen at the historical building Børsbygningen, build by King Christian IV in 1618 – 1624.
