Finland has reached out to Vietnamese entrepreneurs during Finland Startup Week, held from 19 to 22 September, presenting the Nordic country as an attractive hub for global startup expansion.

A Finnish delegation, including representatives from Business Finland’s “Work in Finland” program and the cities of Helsinki and Vantaa, showcased opportunities for Vietnamese startups to connect with Finland’s innovation ecosystem. The event “Vietnam Startup Meets Finland” brought together local entrepreneurs and Finnish ecosystem leaders, while the “Incubation Meetup – Vietnamese Startups, The Global Stage” linked participants with international incubators.

Finland also presented a booth at InnoEx 2025 and awarded the winning Vietnamese startup team tickets to attend Slush and the Sisu Factory in Finland later this year. These opportunities highlight Finland’s ambition to serve as a gateway for Vietnamese startups seeking to scale internationally.
