Finnair has announced more flights to China and Japan in summer 2019.
Continuing its growth in key Asian markets, Finnair announced on 29 August that it will be adding frequencies on many popular Asian routes for next summer. That includes double-daily flights to Hong Kong and additional flights to Japan.
“We continue to execute on our growth strategy, and the new additions further strengthen our offering in key Asian markets.Travel between Asia and Europe has been steadily growing in recent years and we expect that trend to continue in the future,” says Juha Järvinen, Chief Commercial Officer at Finnair.
Finnair will grow its presence in the Greater China area by offering 42 weekly flights in total between Helsinki and Greater China. That is a 12% increase in overall capacity during the summer season.
