Finnish Christmas Wonders market Hong Kong

Before the Christmas Stanley Plaza hosted the ‘Finnish Christmas Wonders’ during two weekends. At the launch the Finnish Consul-General and his wife enjoyed the market on a VIP tour.

Over 80 booths brough lots of delights, handcrafts and many other festive goodies. Finnish delights included Finnish meatballs, reindeer sausage, herring and salmon, plus an array of bakery items such as Traditional Finnish Christmas Joulutorttu and sweets in Northern Lights pattern were available in the Market.

Dazzling decoration lightened up the Market and brought visitors the extraordinary experience when entering the Interactive Zone, traveling in Finland by watching the VR aurora show in glass igloo, photo taking in the Finnish Jacuzzi as well as the taking selfie on an elegant music box.
Visitors donated toys to underprivileged child at Toy box area, with all proceeds going to YMCA Toy Bank.

Christmas caroling and other performances took place. Santa also came all the way from Finland for a meet & greet!
