Minister for Environment, Energy and Housing of the Republic of Finland, Kimmo Tiilikainen, visited Nanjing, East China, on 14 -15 September.
During his visit, Finnish minister Kimmo Tiilikainen attended a tour of the Station for Observing Regional Processes of the Earth System (SORPES) at Nanjing University. SORPES is developed in collaboration between Nanjing University and University of Helsinki.
The minister also visited Jiangsu Environment Protection Department and took part in the signing ceremony of the agreement of Sino-Finnish Center between Pes-Architects and South New Town.
The visit ended in a meeting with Mayor of Nanjing Mr. Lan Shaoming.
