Hannes Berggren and Christian Groseth will brief Nordic businesses on EU and EFTA trade agreements with Indonesia on 3 November.
NordCham Indonesia will host the roundtable at the Swedish Embassy in Jakarta from 8am to 10am.
Berggren, a trade attaché at Sweden’s National Board of Trade, will explain the EU–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement and its potential benefits for companies.
Groseth, deputy head of mission at the Norwegian Embassy, will share lessons from the EFTA–Indonesia agreement. That agreement entered into force on 1 November 2021.
Business barriers on the agenda
The discussion will explore which trade barriers cost companies the most time and money. Participants will also discuss where the agreements could make the biggest difference.
The event targets Nordic companies operating in Indonesia, exporting to the country or considering entering the market.
Doors open at 7.30am for coffee and light refreshments. The programme ends with questions and discussion.
