Indonesia participates in Oslo travel exhibition

Indonesia chooses 3 tourist attractions to be promote in the Reiselivsmessen tourism exhibition in Telenor Arena, Oslo on 11-13 January 2019.

The destinations promoted at the event are Raja Ampat, Komodo Island, Lake Toba and Borobudur Temple.

A representative of the Oslo embassy, Wisnu Lombar Dwinanto, sees this participation as a great opportunity to spread information and answer questions regarding natural disasters, transportation accidents, terrorism, extremist violence and social disruption that were frequently asked by many visitors.

“This event serves as an opportunity to spread information to tourists that Indonesia remains a safe and comfortable place to visit,” according to Wisnu.

According to the exhibition’s website “Reiselivsmessen Oslo – Telenor Arena is one of the most popular and important international meeting place for the travel industry in Scandinavia. The travel fair invites several exhibitors from different branches of trade and you will meet an engaged travel seeking public and general public”
