After having heard much about “the world’s most liveable city”, “the world’s bicycling capital”, and 
a city that wants to become CO2 neutral by 2025 and achieve a vision of zero waste, the KL Lord Mayor, Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal, decided to go for himself and check out the European Green Capital 2014.
