“It’s exciting that we have finally reached the stage where Grieg Star Philippines is established. I believe the new addition to our companies will bring our activities closer together, and will contribute to more smooth-running and clear business processes. For me, it is a pleasure to bring the idea to life and to continue to work with my colleagues in a new format,” Jannicke Steen said.

“Our activities in Manila have over time developed to be about more than crewing. This new service will also give us the possibility to strengthen our engagement when it comes to these kinds of services,” Grieg Star SVP HR and Chairman of the board of GSP, Ole Steinar Mjell, said.

The larger office space with larger classrooms will allow them to do more in-house courses, to better prepare their sailing personnel for the work on board.
