A 61-year-old Norwegian was arrested Thursday in Olongapo City after two teenagers and their parents accused him of sexually abusing them earlier this year and of engaging in child pornography.

Hoverstad Torgeir, also known as “Thorn,” is also suspected of engaging in child pornography after the arresting officers from the Philippine National Police’s Anti-Cybercrime Group found “numerous” nude photographs of what appeared to be minors and sex toys in his rented unit at the fourth floor of the Topaz Building, Crown Peak Apartelles.

Charges of violating Republic Act 9775, or the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009, had been filed against Torgeir before Olongapo regional trial court Judge Richard Paradeza, who issued the warrant for the suspect’s arrest.
