Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi welcomes new Head of Chancery

The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi has welcomed Vilde Langemyr Malec as its new Head of Chancery – the administrative section of the embassy – and First Secretary. She will serve in the position for the next three years. 

She joins the embassy with experience from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and several years as part of the local staff at the Norwegian Embassy in Croatia.

“I am very excited to join the excellent Team Norway at the Embassy here. I am honoured to take this position and ready to assist Norwegian citizens in Vietnam as well as contribute as much as I can to strengthen Norway–Vietnam relations,” Vilde Langemyr Malec expressed in  post on the embassy’s Facebookpage.
