A Norwegian citizen has died in Laos, writes the Norwegian daily Dagbladet with reference to a confirmation by the Norwegian Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
Dagbladet quotes Ragnhild Simenstad of the ministry’s press office confirming the death and adds that the Foreign Service is providing assistance in accordance with established practice when a Norwegian citizens dies abroad.
The identity of the deceased is not shared.
