Experts from Finland and Singapore gathered at “Singapore-Finland Research Seminar on Metabolic Diseases” on 28 November in Singapore.
The research seminar focused on prevention and treatment of diabetes and cardiometabolic diseases and presented latest research and solutions.
The aim of the seminar was to find concrete cooperation proposals to be developed further for joint research, according to the Embassy of Finland in Singapore.
The experts who took part in the seminar represented academia, health care, industry and government.
The seminar was organized by the Embassy of Finland in Singapore and Finnish University Partnership for International Development.
It was supported by Team Finland, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, Ministry of Education and Culture, Embassy of Finland in Singapore as well as others.
