The police reported that Raewat or “Mos” was a former prisoner who had been jailed for dealing drugs and was just released from the prison less than one month before he committed another crime.

On June 1, the Koh Samui court sentenced Raewat to 12 years adding four more under section 92 for a total of 16 years.
