Hundreds of people from Bangkok’s Nordic community gathered for the annual Thai-Nordic Crayfish Party despite heavy rain and flooding in the city.
The Thai-Nordic Association held on Saturday last week, bringing together members of the Nordic community for an evening of crayfish, singing and dancing.
The event was supported by several Nordic and Thailand-based organisations. Finnair was the Platinum Partner, while Bangkok Patana School, Bangkok Prep, Bangkok Hospital, Samitivej Hospitals and Pecunia Asset Management were among the Gold Sponsors.
More than 60 prizes, with a combined value of over 330,000 baht, were also contributed by sponsors and partners for a lucky draw.
The Thai-Nordic Association thanked attendees and sponsors for supporting the event and said the Crayfish Party will return in 2027.
