Two Huawei employees expelled from Denmark

Two Huawei employees have been expelled from Denmark by Danish authorities after a work permit inspection. According to the police, four of Huawei’s staff failed to comply with laws covering residence and work permits.

The two were charged on Thursday, 31 January 2019 with contravening the Immigration Act and Employment Act.

Only two are expelled from Denmark while the rest, the authorities decided not to take the matter further.

Huawei’s spokeswoman did not reveal any information about the nationality of the expelled staff.
