Visit Finland joins ITB Asia 2026 in Singapore to connect with international travel buyers, including those from Southeast Asia. The travel trade show runs from 21 to 23 October at Marina Bay Sands.

Messuille Oy organises the Finnish stand together with Visit Finland. The event connects exhibitors with buyers from Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, alongside other international markets.

According to Visit Finland, more than 1,500 buyers joined the event’s Hosted Buyer programme in 2025. Through business meetings, exhibitors can discuss their products and services directly with travel buyers.

Connecting with Asian travel buyers

Visit Finland describes ITB Asia as a key meeting place for tourism professionals in Southeast Asia. Its event listing also highlights buyers from China, India, Australia and New Zealand.

The organiser lists both Visit Finland and Visit Rovaniemi among this year’s participants. Tourism organisations from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines also feature in the line-up.

The fair brings together businesses across leisure travel, corporate travel and the meetings industry. It takes place alongside MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia.
