Around 90 members and friends of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce gathered for their annual Easter Lunch held at an indoor venue Barsu at Sheraton Grande Hotel in Bangkok. The lunch on Friday 30 March was sponsored by ECCO and Pandora.
The guests enjoyed their traditional Danish Easter celebration with delicious Danish food including various types of herrings, smoked salmon, roasted beef, ham, shrimp, eggs and “biksemad” kindly provided by the Admiral’s Pub and Restaurant.
Free flow of beers was also put on the tables sponsored by Carlsberg, while DanCham ensured for the supply of the very essential and traditional “snaps”.
Mr. Peter Emil Romhild, President of DanCham welcomed the guests and expressed his appreciation to the main sponsors of the event.
“The crowd turned out to be very satisfied with both the food and beverages,” said the Project Coordinator of DanCham, Mr. Alex Fong.
Mr. Alex Fong was also responsible for calling the winners of the lucky draw.
“10 lucky winners walked home with a prize, but even those who did not win, surely walked home with the satisfaction of having a great day and some extra weight gained,” said Mr. Alex Fong
