Scandinavian Design Brand “Skagen Denmark” is launching its Autumn/Winter 2012 men’s and women’s watch collections at the TFWA Asia Pacific Show in Singapore on May 13-17.
Founded by Henrik and Charlotte Jorst in 1989 in US, Skagen Denmark Design is inspired by the resort of Skagen which lies in the northern Denmark where the North and Baltic seas merge. The company produces a variety of well-designed accessories such as watches, jewellery, sunglasses and clocks that prize simplicity over embellishment. Products of Skagen Denmark are available in over 60 countries and represented onboard of more than 20 airlines.
The Skagen Denmark watches are famous for their elegant Scandinavian designs and impressive details. The 234 series model was awarded the red dot seal of quality for the third consecutive year in the annual red dot product design 2012 awards. It received an honourable mention due it its successful detailed solution.
The award-winning design Skagen Denmark wows the Singaporean market by the launch of its Autumn/Winner 2012 men’s and women’s collections in the TFWA (Tax Free World Association) Asia Pacific Show on May 13-17. The booth number is K18. Described as “wearable works of art” from husband-and-wife Co-Founders, the collections are said to epitomise the core style philosophy and Danish design essence of less is more.
The collections showcasing at the Show include Hiromichi Konno Collection, the second special-edition watch designed by renowned Japanese industrial designer Hiromichi Konno, Signature Skagen Collection Women’s watch, Skagen Denmark men’s collection, and Snowfall in Skagen Ultra Slim Ceramic Collection. Red dot product design award-winning model, Skagen Denamrk 234 series, and the best-selling Skagen Denmark men’s watch 233XLTMB and women’s model 452LSLB are also introduced at the show.
