Friday, 5 December 2014, the 16th Nordic Business Christmas Dinner hosted by Malaysian Danish Business Council Malaysian-Finnish Business Council Malaysia Norway Business Council Malaysian-Swedish Business Association takes place at Mayang Sari Grand Ballroom JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur.
The evening starts at 6.30 pm with Pre-dinner Glögg Cocktail 6.30pm
The entertainment is outstanding this year, featuring the Zarsadias Brothers live – yes, no Nordic Christmas in KL would be perfect without their rendition of old school rock music and awesome hip-swaying moves – and the Swedish DJ Stella Nutella, which will have her last performance in Malaysia this evening.
The chef – also outstanding – is Kevin Saint-Jean Kristensen, a truly Nordic Chef with 12 years of worldwide culinary experience, from Denmark to France, Italy, Australia, China and now Malaysia. Chef Kevin and his team will line up a feast for the palate with a buffet of all the traditional Nordic Christmas delights. On the menu you will find gravad lax, a variety of herring, Skagen toast, Janson’s temptation, stuffed roasted whole turkey and duck, red cabbage with apple and cloves, baked rock salt whole king salmon, kransekager, creme a la mande with warm sauces, aebleskiver, and much much more.
