Damco, a global freight forwarder walked away triumphant at the 22nd Asia Freight Supply Chain Awards (AFSCA) held in Singapore 23. Apil 2008, where it was presented the ‘Best Logistics Service Provider – Sea Freight’ accolade.

Other nominees for the ‘Best Logistics Service Provider – Sea Freight’ Award were APL Logistics,
DHL Global Forwarding and Kuehne + Nagel.
Judging criteria for the Award included innovativeness, clearly defined service standards, problem
solving capabilities, as well as the application of effective and user-friendly IT systems supported
by efficient and professional customer service.
