Chiang Mai court has sentenced a 21 year old Swedish man to one year and a half in prison for sexual assault on a six year old girl.
A rape charge was dismissed by the court.
The assault, which the accused confessed to, took place new year 2002/3 at a pub in downtown Chiang Mai.
He will serve the sentence in Chiang Mai.
