Ambassador Ewa Polano, together with two Swedish chefs residing in Bali, Lotta and Johan Lassesson, is starring the popular weekly culinary program ”Menu and Venue” on MetroTV.
The shooting took place at the Swedish Ambassador’s residence on April 28 and the program will be aired in May.
The program, hosted by Indonesian five star chef Teuku Kelana, closed with a food tasting and conversation about Sweden and Swedish food culture with Ambassador Polano.
