24 February 2021 the Danish Ambassador to Vietnam, H.E.Mr. Kim Højlund Christensen hosted a virtual MoUs signing ceremony for the La Gan offshore wind project. The four important MoUs on foundation supply and harbor services were signed between the La Gan Wind Power Development Corporation, developer of the 3.5 GW La Gan offshore wind farm project, with CS Wind Corporation, PTSC Mechanical, and Construction (PTSC M&C), Southern Petroleum Construction J.S.C (Alpha ECC) and Vietsovpetro.
The signing of these MoUs establishes an important alliance between the La Gan offshore wind farm project and four promising Vietnamese-based suppliers with extensive local operations. We would like to congratulate all the parties involved in these important signings and look forward to seeing further progress of the La Gan project, the embassy says.
