Finland’s Arctic Blue Beverages has once again made a splash on the global stage, taking home a Double Gold and four Silver medals at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The company’s Arctic Blue Gin Rose was awarded a Double Gold Medal—its fourth since launching in 2022—cementing its position as a standout in international spirits. The Double Gold is awarded only when all judges give a product top marks.
Made with Finnish wild blueberries and cinnamon rose petals from native forests, the gin is known for its floral aroma and natural colour, making it a seasonal favourite.
“We are beyond thrilled,” says Valtteri Eroma, CEO and Head of Brand at Arctic Blue Beverages.
“This level of recognition is a powerful testament to the quality, innovation and passion that define every one of our products.”
Three of the company’s newest offerings also received Silver Medals: Nightwish Gin, a collaboration with the Finnish symphonic metal band; Arctic Blue Coastal Dry Gin, inspired by Finland’s rugged coastline; and the company’s classic Arctic Blue Gin and Arctic Blue Gin Cask.
“These awards confirm what we already knew—that our new products stand shoulder to shoulder with our classics,” adds Eroma.
“We believe this recognition will help us accelerate our global growth.”
Now in its 25th year, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition is considered the world’s most respected blind-tasting contest for spirits.
