BoConcept Thailand opened on Thursday 27 March 2025 its new flagship showroom in Bangkok, marking the largest BoConcept store in Southeast Asia. The launch coincides with the 10th anniversary of BoConcept’s presence in Thailand, where the Danish furniture brand is operated by Index Living Mall PCL.
The new showroom is located in the DécorScape building on Thonglor Road, one of Bangkok’s leading lifestyle and business areas. The store features a comprehensive display of BoConcept’s collections for living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, outdoor settings, and home offices. All under the catchy slogan “The Art of living Danishly”.
The store includes a Material Zone for fabric and leather customization – all imported from Denmark and Italy – and a Designer Hub that facilitates collaboration with interior professionals.

The event on Thursday brought together several well-known Thai personalities, including bespoke menswear designer Preedakorn “Bank” Metkriengchai, businessman Tarm Chamnongarsa, and fashion entrepreneur Pitchaya “Donut” Songskulchai, founder of the AIMER clothing brand. Among the dignataries was also the Danish Ambassador to Thailand, Mr. Danny Annan.
BoConcept now operates three locations in Thailand. In addition to the new flagship store in Thonglor, branches are open at Siam Paragon in Bangkok and at the Index Living Mall in Phuket.
BoConcept’s expansion in Asia
BoConcept was founded in 1952 by Danish craftsmen Jens Ærthøj and Tage Mølholm in Herning, Denmark. The company name reflects the Danish word bo, meaning “to live,” and its philosophy emphasizes modern simplicity, functionality, and quality craftsmanship. Over the past seven decades, BoConcept has grown into a global brand with more than 300 stores in 65 countries.
In Asia, BoConcept has expanded from initially only Singapore to key regional markets including Japan, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In Japan, BoConcept operates stores in several major cities, including Kyoto. In China, it has over 20 locations. The Vietnam store opened in Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, while the brand’s presence in Malaysia dates back to 2011. In the Philippines, BoConcept reopened its Manila showroom at Shangri-La Plaza in 2022.
