Consulate general of Finland to Hong Kong tells Finns to avoid demonstrations

Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong and Macao advised on 19th November 2019 Finnish visitors and residence in Hong Kong to avoid demonstration areas.

“Violent clashes have also occurred in the context of demonstrations. Avoid demonstration areas and follow local media for updates. Demonstrations can cause disturbances in traffic and flights to and from Hong Kong may be affected. Demonstrations can also be spread from the notified area.”
