The Embassy of Denmark in China has sent out invites to Christmas dinner and Christmas tree party
The Danish Embassy in Beijing invites to the annual Christmas dinner on Saturday 30 November 18:00 pm to 01:00 am at Radisson BLU Hotel, 6A Dong Bei San Huan Lu, Chaoyang Distrikt, Beijing
After a welcome drink there will be Christmas buffet with traditional Danish meals counting herring, liver pate, meat balls, pork roast, Christmas ham, red cabbage and rice porridge.
The food is delivered in association with Radisson BLU and Bleu Marine in Beijing. Also snaps and Carlsberg beer will be served during the dinner. During the night there will be entertainment and festive items, in keeping with traditions.
The price is RMB 400 pr. person.
The tickets are sold and can be picked up in the Visa section of the Embassy from Friday 25 October and until Friday 22 November.
It will be possible to stay overnight at Radisson BLU Hotel for at favourable price, if told by purchasing the tickets. (Standard room is RMB 690, Chinese Deluxe is RMB 890).

Christmas tree party for kids
On Sunday 1 December at 13.00-16.00 also at Radisson BLU Hotel, Beijing, will the annual Christmas tree party take place.
The Embassy invites families with children to join the festive Christmas tree party with Santa Lucia procession, Christmas church service and “julehygge”.
The program looks like this:
Christmas church service: From 13:00-13:45 pm
“Julehygge”: From 14:00-16:00 pm
The event starts at 14.00 pm with dancing around the Christmas tree, Christmas games, goodie bags and Santa Claus might as well visit.
Glogg, coffee, tea, soft drinks, æbleskiver and cookies will be served.
The price is RMB 100 for grown-ups and RMB 50 for Children to the age of 16.
