A group of 33 young students from China has taken part in the first summer camp organised by Educamp Finland, a new Finnish education export company.
The 12-day camp was held in Janakkala, where the participants took part in activities such as nature adventures, science workshops, animation, music making and coding. They also got to explore the Finnish cities of Helsinki, Tampere, Turku and Porvoo.
EduCamp Finland was founded by Finnish teachers who want to popularise an international camp concept in which learning is done by having fun together. Going forward, EduCamp Finland aims to expand to China and start organising winter camps in Finland.
