– As long as the Norwegian side has the political will and take action to untie the knot, it is likely that we will see a rapid normalization of our bilateral relations, said Zhao.
The statements came during a ceremony in Stavanger on Tuesday and is reproduced by the news agency Bloomberg. They are probably Zhao’s first comments on the relationship to Norway after the Norwegian government changed in mid-October.
