The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila and Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) are organizing a webinar on the opportunities in LNG in the Philippines on Wednesday 26 May 08:30 CET 3:30pm (15:30 Manila time).
Jon Russell from First Gen and Yngvil Eriksson Åsheim from BW LNG will join us. In April 2021, BW LNG signed five-year contract with First Gen Corporation to supply an FSRU (the BW Paris), which will be moored outside First Gen`s 2000MW power plant in Batangas, converting LNG to gas for the power plant. More opportunities will open up in the LNG space in the Philippines in the coming years.
