The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila has announced a special concert with Filipino-Norwegian singer Hillari, set to take place in Makati on Sunday, 21 September.

Hillari, who has roots in Oslo and the Philippines, is an emerging artist known for blending soul, R&B, and pop. She was recently nominated for the 2025 European Prize for Emerging Artists and has been featured in international media such as Billboard and Complex.

At the young age of 20 years old, Hillari has made a name for herself across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Her breakout single Desperate Soul and follow-up EP How Is Your Soul? earned critical acclaim, while her track Loyal reached the Philippines’ Viral Top 50 chart. She has performed on major stages including Oslo’s MUNCH Museum, signed a global booking deal with United Talent Agency, and received nominations at the Norwegian Spellemann as well as the 2024 Music Moves Europe Award.

The Embassy is running a social media contest where participants can win free tickets for two by sharing the announcement and tagging a concert companion. Winners will be revealed on 18 September via the Embassy’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
