Norwegian Seafood Council will host seafood festival in Bangkok

In the first seven months of 2025, a total of 88,500 tonnes of seafood were exported from Norway to Southeast Asia.

The Norwegian Seafood Council will bring the “Seafood from Norway Festival” to Bangkok from 4 to 7 September 2025. The four-day pop-up event will take place at EM Market, EmSphere Sukhumvit, offering an immersive journey into the world of Norwegian seafood.

Visitors will be introduced to premium species imported into Thailand such as Norwegian salmon, fjord trout, and mackerel (saba). The festival highlights the stories of people, nature, and sustainability behind the products, reflecting Norway’s reputation as a leading seafood nation.

The event will feature interactive zones, e-stamp missions, exclusive tastings, and photo opportunities in specially designed spaces. It is open to the public with no registration required, aiming to engage consumers and strengthen awareness of Norway’s seafood exports in Southeast Asia.
