State Secretary Ms Dilek Ayhan at the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries held the opening address at the E-Navigation Forum on 26 April.
The Forum was organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore – MPA and Kystverket – Norwegian Coastal Administration and marked the beginning of the third day of Singapore Maritime Week 2017.
The E-Navigation Forum is a “Pre-conference” to the main Singapore Maritime Technology Conference. Kongsberg Norcontrol presented the conclusions of the SESAME Straits project.
