Sandy Kraokaew Stuvik – the Norwegian-Thai racing driver – is getting ready for another high-speed season as he returns to compete in the 2025 Thailand Super Series, the country’s top-level motorsport championship.
Sandy will race for B-Quik Absolute Racing, a leading team in the region, sharing the driving duties with team owner Henk Kiks. The pair will take turns behind the wheel of a Porsche 992 GT3 R, one of the most powerful racing cars in the competition.
The 30-year-old driver already has three championship titles under his belt from 2019, 2020 and 2022. With that strong track record, he’s aiming to bring home a fourth title this year.
“I’m excited to be back with B-Quik Absolute Racing and to partner with Henk for this championship fight,” says Sandy.
“We’ve had great success together in the past, and with the new Porsche, we’re aiming to be in the mix for the overall title once again.”
The 2025 season will include ten races held across five weekends. It starts in Buriram in northeastern Thailand, with other races taking place at the beachside street circuit in Bangsaen and at the world-class Sepang track in Malaysia.
Sandy, who grew up in Thailand with a Norwegian father and Thai mother, began racing go-karts at a young age before working his way up through international single-seater racing. He later returned to Asia to focus on sports car racing and has become one of Thailand’s most successful drivers in recent years.
