A Norwegian television crew was in Thailand last week to film an episode of Forsvunnet (Missing), a TV 2 programme investigating the disappearance of people whose families are still searching for answers.

The production team travelled to several locations in Thailand, assisted by Disraporn Yatprom of Scandinavian Publishing Co., Ltd., Bangkok.

What disappearance brought the Norwegian television crew to Thailand? The answer from the production team was simply: “No comments!”

Forsvunnet is produced by Novemberfilm for Norway’s TV 2, a part of Strix Televisjon AS. The series follows journalists as they investigate missing-person cases, interview witnesses and search for clues that might help families understand what happened to their loved ones.

The footage from Thailand will now be edited in Oslo, with the episode provisionally scheduled for broadcast in autumn 2027.
