Singapore’s President on state visit in Norway

President of Singapore, Tony Tan Keng Yam, has arrived in the capital of Norway, Oslo. President Tony Tan Keng Yam will spend six days there, as well as three days in Norway’s arctic capital Tromsø.

The President receive a ceremonial welcome at the Royal Palace where he will have lunch with King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway. Later they will all attend a galla dinner.

Aside from the royal visit, Tony Tan Keng Yam will stop by the Singapore-Norway business forum, research and enterprise seminar. Here there will be a reception for the overseas Singaporean community in Norway.
