According to local media The Star, Swedish ambassador Juhlin-Dannfelt and Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Wee Ka Siong have discussed two upcoming programs that would be jointly organized by Malaysia and Sweden. The discussion took place during a recent working session at the Transport Ministry.
“First is the Sweden-Malaysia road safety webinar on June 10, which will be conducted by Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (Miros) and the Swedish Embassy.
“The second is the online seminar on the future of transportation in a sustainable city, which is scheduled to be held on July 7,” the Transport Minister said in a Facebook post afterward.
The Transport Minister added that they had also exchanged views on several matters and that he hoped diplomatic relations between the two countries will continue to be strong.
