The Embassy of Sweden in Beijing is looking to hire a full-time communications officer fluent in Chinese and English for a key long-term position. The role focuses on managing the embassy’s social media presence and external communication as part of the public diplomacy, press, and communications team.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Chinese social media, content creation, and media relations, as well as strong research and analytical skills. Experience with photography, video production, and event management is also required. Knowledge of Sweden or other Nordic countries is considered an advantage.
The position is based in Beijing and offers a dynamic work environment within one of Sweden’s largest diplomatic missions abroad.
