Craft Sportswear has opened its first flagship store in China, establishing a permanent retail presence in Shanghai, according to International Services Shanghai.
The Swedish endurance sports brand opened the store on 29 January 2026 at the HKRI Taikoo Hui shopping complex in the Jing’an district of Shanghai.
The opening follows a trial period that began in April 2024, when the company operated a temporary shop at Zhangyuan in Jing’an to test Chinese customer response to its products. The feedback was used to select products, plan the permanent store, and adjust fit and materials for local climate conditions and body sizes.
Craft also said the store will be used for activities linked to running, cycling, and other endurance sports.
