Taipei Representative Office in Finland has opened applications for Taiwan’s 2026 Huayu Enrichment Scholarship.
The scholarship supports Mandarin study in Taiwan. It offers a monthly stipend of 28,000 NTD for up to 12 months.
The office set two deadlines. Summer-course applicants must apply by 31 March 2026. Non-summer applicants must apply by 30 April 2026.
A separate 2026 Taiwan Scholarship is also open in Finland for degree studies in Taiwan. It offers up to 40,000 NTD per semester for tuition and fees.
The Taipei Representative Office said the Taiwan Scholarship also includes a monthly allowance of up to 20,000 NTD.
