Björn Frantzén is a star in the culinary world, has been awarded 2 Michelin stars and has several acclaimed restaurants such as Restaurant Frantzén (ranked 12th by San Pellegrino Top 50 Restaurants in the world), The Flying Elk, Catering Frantzén, Salle de Banquet and Gaston vin.
Chef Björn Frantzén will also take part a forum held in conjunction with the ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards’ in Singapore. Chef Frantzén will present on the topic of ‘Swede Pickings: The Exceptionell Råvara Project, a quest to hunt down the best primary produce a country has to offer’
