This October marks the 30-year anniversary of the Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong.
The Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong and Macau states that Finland upgraded its mission in Hong Kong as a consulate general on 1.10.1991.
Before this, Finland was represented through a consular office for many decades.
