Living far away from home can be tough for young people, so it would be nice if Swedish and Danish young people can find the place where they can talk about life, exchanging experiences and find their spiritual anchor here in Thailand.

That’s why Swedish Church Bangkok cooperating with Danish Church Thailand organized the Tuesday Cafe Young in Bangkok event on every Tuesday at 19:00 – 21:00 p.m.

The event takes place at Christ Church Bangkok and will be held onward every Tuesday till April 2019.

Anna Stenberg, the Assistant of Swedish Church Bangkok, says the latest event last Tuesday, 22 January 2019 went very well.

“We had a nice time talking, and exchanging experiences,” she says.

Anna adds, that even though most of the young people attending to the event are Swedish and Danish, all Scandinavian teenagers living abroad who want to meet up with their Scandinavian fellows are also welcomed here in the café.

The main purpose of the event is “to bring people together, so they can talk, share experiences, give advice and learn from each other about life of being expat in Thailand.” she says.

So if you want to meet up with other Scandinavian teenagers and form the connection between each other, it will be a great chance to visit the cafe this Tuesday, 29 January 2019, 19:00 – 21:00 p.m. at the Tree House café located in Christ Church Bangkok.
