Vietnamese Foreign Deputy Minister Ha Kim Ngoc and Norwegian State Secretary Morten Høglund co-chaired the sixth political consultation at a deputy ministerial level between the two countries in Hanoi on January 16, 2014. The two sides briefed each other on the situation in their respective countries and tabled measures to boost bilateral relations and international issues of mutual concern.
