Vietnamese-Danish jazz artist Niels Lan Doky (Đỗ Kỳ Lân) will perform the concert Immersed at Gem Centre in Ho Chi Minh City on 15 November, joined by Felix Pastorius (bass) and Jonas Johansen (drums).

The trio will collaborate on stage with Vietnamese artists, including People’s Artist Thanh Lam, singer Hà Trần, and saxophonist Quyền Thiện Đắc.

The event is part of the Living Heritage project by GG Corporation, which aims to preserve and promote Vietnamese cultural legacy. The project includes the website livingheritage.vn, a digital book expected in November, and an annual arts event launching with this concert.

Tickets go on sale from 15 October via immersed.vn and ticketbox.vn.

Doky is regarded as a pioneer of modern European jazz and has appeared at international festivals. In 2010, he was knighted by Queen Margrethe II of Denmark for contributions to Danish culture internationally.
