On 18 October the Cambodia Communication Institute of Royal University of Phnom Penh organized an opening ceremony of the training course on ‘Access to Information’ phase 3 for journalists and media practitioners. The project is funded by Sweden through UNESCO with the support of Ministry of Information.
The ceremony was presided over by H.E Ouk Kimseng, Under Secretary of State of Ministry of Information, Ms. Anne Lemaistre, Representative of UNESCO, Ms. Sambath Lao, Communications Officer of Embassy of Sweden, representatives of RUPP and the presence of trainers, trainees and former trainees from the first and second generation.
