Filipino rock legend Ely Buendia surprised shoppers at IKEA Pasay City with a pajama-clad performance as part of the retailer’s Sleep Campaign.
During the special event, Buendia serenaded attendees with lullaby renditions of five classic Eraserheads hits, including ‘Alapaap’ and ‘With a Smile’, while also introducing his new single, ‘Bulaklak sa Buwan’.
IKEA showcased its sleep-enhancing products, such as the Vestmarka spring mattress and Klubbsporre ergonomic pillow, alongside exclusive offers to promote better rest. Store Manager Daniel Rivero highlighted the importance of quality sleep for overall well-being.
The event combined music and comfort, reinforcing IKEA’s commitment to providing practical sleep solutions for Filipinos. Buendia’s unique performance and IKEA’s innovative products aimed to inspire customers to create their own perfect sleep sanctuary at home.
