Finnish companies and business organisations will explore opportunities in Southeast Asia’s emerging markets at an event in Kuopio on 22 September 2026.
The fully booked event will cover business prospects and financing opportunities in Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Timor-Leste.
Participants will present their preliminary plans for the region and learn about financial support available through Finnpartnership. The programme may also lead to follow-up meetings between organisations with shared interests.
The event is organised by Finnpartnership, Business Kuopio, the Eastern Finland Vitality Centre and the TechSavo project.
Finnpartnership is financed by Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Its support can help Finnish companies identify local partners, pilot solutions and establish long-term activities in emerging markets.
